that one is less of a joke, it's saying that when people can't afford the big set to get a certain minifigure, they buy the keychain one and pry the keychain part out of the figure.

The more rare it is the less likely it'll be a keychain, but if its just semi-rare or not in as expensive a set rare that's where you can probably get it as a keychain. Or in a magnet set... except they changed the magnets so the characters are stuck... guess they figured out why people got the magnets... so they'd get the fig without the expensive set.

yep, they don't like to make rare ones easy to get. they want you to buy the $100 set to get it! they make more money
lol they realized that and said... must fix that problem!

Indeed... they're... smart like that. Aggravating is more like it. lol
Yupyup, and getting them off those magnets now is much more difficult than trying to get them off the keychains. People have tried and the legs always get wrecked compared to just having a hole in the head from the keychain.

indeed xD crippled legs that can't be replaced. I hope they've gotten enough complaints that they change back. *sigh* I had wanted to get an anubis mummy from the Pharoa's Quest sets but they only come in the most expensive one and what good is one glued to a magnet?
