so arche- like archeology, and typical as in steryotpical, so reoccuring themes in storys...yay for learning new words...though that was total bs..learning roots doesnt help you understand words when the roots have differnt meanings ><

yeah..but theres a difference in burning and melting..hair would probably just catch flame cause of the oil in it.

well if you watch it on the miniscule scale.. you will see the cells start to degrade.. which looks like melting.. i think... we did that for some organic molecule.. lol

...that sounds like fun....so burrning a peice of wood is melting it on a microscopic level, while the fire is just escaping energy from breaking the bonds?

well, you could see when it got hot enough it starting to i think.. under a microscope. and then it'd start to burn lol
