lol. doubt it.. the debris are teeny. planets huge. tho, i think the particles influence the.. magnetic field? around our planet.. or whatever that field is.. but i am not positive..

hmmm, possible they help keep the planets aligned. no doubt they do affect the magnetic flow between the poles more than just the colors.
