yeah... :S what will happen if it ever crashes! it'd all be gone. especially when you can only have it on the cloud.

If it's yours you should be able to have it wherever you want! Hmm... a crashed cloud... would have to hope they'd restore it I guess... but eventually one cloud or system or device will replace the other and what then? Will you be able to transfer from one cloud to another? I have my doubts...
