Hi September! Yay for Labor Day!

The first 3 day weekend for school kids now... used to mark the end of summer break. I find it funny that they've increased the school year and yet kids do worse and know less.
Labor Day is a nice holiday though, taking a break from all the labor and going out and enjoying nature.

Beats me! Must be cutting out some of what they teach and then stretching out the rest... =/

guess so :/
they should have school less days, so they have to pay less money... and so they don't have to charge as much in taxes

Hmm, but that would be efficiency and the gov't would rather tax more and throw money around and to waste =/

yeah they sure do.... >> way too much inefficiency. hmmmm... let's pick up each single kid at their own house! and wonder why it costs so much!
and let's raise taxes by $500, every year... for "sports" even tho it would be cheaper for each individual to pay the extra $300 for their kid to be in a sports program for a few years...

And let's encourage cell phone use and switch over to expensive ipads for our learning materials!
seriously... let's go and charge a ton more for everyone so just a few can have their sports. So instead of thinking of the majority, let's go all out for the minority! and it's school, it should encourage learning... not sports playing.

whoa, that's pretty sad... education must be where getting an A is really like getting a C or D of old.

even in college, my professor was mentioning it... he's like the incoming freshman are pretty dumb xD
so yeah... probably. >> which is pretty pathetic. you should be getting smarter, not dumber!

Imagine what he'll think of next years or even this years freshmen... if those ones were dumb 2ish years ago, how dumb will he think they are now?
Or at least be the same!
