Itachi and Azula: have foolish siblings, are the heir to a strong clan/empire (Uchiha Clan, Fire Nation), Prodigys, evil, both are hunting down the main characters, and traveling with a partner/partners
Akatsuki Leader and Fire Lord Ozai: Both are head of evil organization/nation (Akatsuki, Fire Nation), never show full face, not much is known about them, both are hunting down main character, both have traitors (Orochimaru, Zuko and Iroh)
Rock Lee and Ty Lee: both have Lee in name, energetic, can't do what most characters do (Ninjutsu/Genjutsu, Bending), joyful than most, both wear fav colors green and pink, use hand to hand combat and travel with prodigys (Neji, Azula) and weapon users (Tenten, Mai)"
